My Own Personal Review of the Worth Mayhem M75 120 Softball Bat
First SWING HOME RUN!!! That’s no JOKE… Took the wrapper off and hit a bomb. This bat is hot right out of the wrapper, and gets better after just 20-30 swings. The overall feel is very forgiving, and the way the ball comes off this bat is very similar to the original Jeff Hall 120. This bat has the same pop, and finish as the Jeff Hall, with a little more balanced feel to it. I was testing this bat on a 300ft field with .40cor and .47cor balls and didn’t see much of a difference in the performance when hitting the lower cor balls. What does this mean for the general public??? It means that no matter how crappy the ball is, this bat should perform very well. I think it has to do with the new 5 layer technology allowing the bat to flex with less pressure from the ball. What really set this bat in stone as being one of the best new bats for 2007 and beyond, was when I was practicing my opposite field slap shot and saw 4 or 5 in a row leave the yard. If your looking for a bat that’s hot from swing one, and has a huge sweet spot then the new M75 is the stick for you!!!
